CMMC Regulations Review

November 12 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm EST

BBCetc, in partnership with cybersecurity experts Totem Tech, is offering a focused 1-hour session to review the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) changes, which impact all Department of Defense (DoD) contractors and suppliers. We strongly urge SBIR/STTR applicants to attend to ensure your proposal and business meet compliance standards.

The purpose of CMMC is to verify that defense contractors are compliant with existing protections for federal contract information (FCI) and controlled unclassified information (CUI) and are protecting that information at a level commensurate with the risk from cybersecurity threats, including advanced persistent threats. CMMC is a contractual necessity for businesses seeking DOD SBIR/STTR awards. Failure to comply will result in ineligibility for the award.
