He previously served in the Navy SBIR/STTR program office for over 27 years. He has testified numerous times before Congress on the effectiveness of the SBIR/STTR programs and has helped drive multiple reauthorization efforts through his nearly 40 years of federal service. \nHe currently serves as the Executive Director of the Small Business Innovation Research Consortium (SBIRC)\, a non-profit membership organization that supports the SBIR/STTR community. \n  \n  \n  \n\n  \nTraining Provided By: Michigan’s SBIR/STTR Assistance Program\nThe Michigan SBIR/STTR Assistance Program provides SBIR/STTR training and proposal development services to technology companies with costs covered in whole or in part by the state. The program is funded by the Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF)\, administered by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and managed by BBC Entrepreneurial Training & Consulting. \n  \nDo you know about Michigan’s SBIR/STTR Assistance Program?  The Michigan SBIR/STTR Assistance Program provides SBIR/STTR training and proposal development services to technology companies with most costs covered by a state grant.
