Read the Full solicitation details here. However, the NSF has identified some errors in the links in the solicitation and are working diligently to fix the issues. It will take several days to get the links ironed out. Look for further updates next week.

*****What is still being clarified*****
  • The specific requirements of a Full Proposal. The current links are incorrect, and the correct details are not yet available.
  • The submission portal Research.gov is also being adjusted to accommodate the new solicitation requirements.

Bottom line, applicants that already have an approved Project Pitch will NOT be able to complete a Full Proposal for at least another week or more while the Full Proposal details are corrected and Research.gov is adjusted to accommodate these new requirements.

+++++ BBCetc’s advice +++++
  • For those that do NOT have a Project Pitch approved:  Make final adjustments now, and be ready to submit your Pitch on June 2.
  • For those WITH an approved Project Pitch preparing to submit a Phase I proposal and/or a Phase II proposal: Continue team-building, market validation efforts, and technical work in anticipation of Full Proposal details within the next two weeks.  Make sure SAM.gov and all other registrations are active.
  • For all… exercise patience, there are several new Executive Orders that need to be incorporated into the new solicitation.
