Proposal Prep for SBIR/STTR Funding

Is your biotech idea or project a candidate for federal R&D funding through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs? The two programs award over $3 billion in R&D funding annually to small businesses developing game-changing technologies. The process is complex, but the impact of receiving $millions in non-dilutive funding (i.e., free) is worth the effort!

SBIR/STTR Workshop: Part 1 – Proposal Prep for NIH

Thursday, February 6th from 8:30 to 5 pm

Get detailed instructions on developing competitive proposals for the National Institutes of Health’s SBIR/STTR program. Includes SBIR/STTR and NIH program basics, how to plan for and develop a competitive proposal, writing to meet the reviewers’ expectations, common pitfalls, and how to avoid them, and more.

Event Location: Community College of Sioux Falls – FADM250 (CCSF Administration/Classroom building in Sioux Falls), 2nd floor.
