This virtual, 3-day SBIR/STTR training event features SBIR/STTR program managers across all 11 agencies. Join in on agency-focused presentations, panel discussions and open Q&A. Attendees will learn agencies’ mission and tips for creating a successful proposal, have an opportunity to ask live questions of all federal participants and be able to sign up for one-on-one meetings with select agencies.

Day 1 kicks off with presentations from SBA, NSF and NASA each speaker will provide a 30-minute presentation and then take 30-minutes of open Q&A with attendees. After that join, USDA, DOT, DOE, and NOAA in a 1-hour panel discussion on Getting in the Head of the Reviewer. Attendees can participate in open Q&A and have the chance to sign up for a one-on-one meeting with select agencies.

Day 2 focuses on institutes within NIH and Health and Human Services. Hear from NHLBI, NCATS, NIAID and CDC! Presenters will provide a 30-minute presentation on the nuances of their programs and then take 30-minutes of open Q&A with attendees. Attendees will have the chance to sign up for a one-on-one meeting with agency representatives.

Day 3 features the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. Learn directly from SBIR/STTR program officials at DOD, DARPA, ARMY, SPARTN, NAVSEA, MDA and DHS! They’ll guide you through how to engage, provide tips for a successful proposal and highlight what’s different at each component. Attendees can participate in open Q&A and have the chance to sign up for a one-on-one meeting.
