Levi Kinnard attended the University of Southern California and received a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Business Taxation. After college, Levi obtained an angel investment and owned and operated two companies for several years before taking a position with the SBA. Mr. Kinnard has worked with the SBA since 2015 and is currently the Branch Manager of the Springfield Branch Office.
