Carissa Grosh has a background in Organizational Leadership and Change Management with over 10 years of experience guiding organizations through complex transformations and successful change initiatives. She has supported the Department of the Air Force SBIR/STTR program since 2018 holding a variety of roles, currently leading the Specific Topic Team as their Branch Chief.
