Department of Energy is the only agency that REQUIRES a Letter of Intent prior to submitting a full proposal to their SBIR / STTR program.  This webinar will discuss the purpose, the timelines, the submission web portal, and strategies for preparing a Letter of Intent.  At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will be equipped to prepare and submit a compelling Letter of Intent to the DOE SBIR / STTR Program.
